Canberra Ayyappa Samajam (CAS) is planning to celebrate the most auspicious “Makaravilakku” Pooja on Wednesday, 14 January 2026 from 6pm at Florey Temple. We will have Abishekam, Bhajans, Padipooja, Deeparadhana & Prasadam.

This is one of our most significant festivals, and we warmly invite everyone in this group to join us.

We kindly ask all people who plan to attend to confirm their availability and the number of attendees using the below Google form.

If anyone is interested in sponsoring the “Makaravilakku Pooja” for $35, they can perform Abhishekam, and the punditji will conduct Sankalpam Pushpanjali for their family. Additionally, if anyone is interested in sponsoring part or the full event, please reach out to Suhas or Bipul.

We are looking for expressions of interest from our members, including kids, who want to sing bhajans/kirthans (with or without karaoke tracks) on the same day. Please reach out to Keerthi to confirm your interest.
