Becoming a Member or Renewing

Whether you are joining us for the first time or renewing your support, the process is simple:

1. Connect: Contact our Secretary at secretary@htcc.org.au or approach any committee member for an application.
2. Review: New applications are formally considered during our monthly committee meetings.
3. Confirmation: Upon approval, we will update the Membership Register and send you a formal confirmation.

Important Notice Regarding AGM Voting Rights

To maintain active voting status for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), annual renewals and new memberships must align with the following timelines:

• Renewal Deadline: Annual memberships run on a cycle ending 31 May. Please ensure your renewal is processed by this date.
• AGM Voting Rights: To be eligible to vote at the next AGM, your membership payment must be received between 1 June of last year and 31 May of this year.
• Late Applications: Registrations received after 31 May will be processed for the new financial year, but will not carry voting rights for the immediate upcoming AGM.
