Hindu population has greatly increased in Canberra during last few years, we have noticed that many devotees come to the temple in the morning after the closing time. We cannot extend Pundiji’s working hours beyond 9.30 am on weekdays. However we are planning to keep temple open till 11.00 am Monday to Friday and weekend as per current schedule till 12.30 pm.

We request devotees to volunteer, perhaps once a month on weekdays to keep the temple open from 9.00 – 11.00 am. Volunteers will have no duty other than keeping the temple open and closing at 11.00 am. Appropriate details for closing temple will be provided to each volunteer.

This will be an ideal time to do daily puja, chanting, bhajan, yoga, and provide an essential service to the community.
