Dear HTCC Members,
Elections for the next executive committee will be held during the annual general meeting of the Hindu Temple and Cultural Centre (HTCC) of the ACT Inc. premises 81 Ratcliffe Cres, Florey, ACT. The AGM is being held on Sunday 9th Nov 2025 at 2.00 pm
Nominations are invited for all the positions of the HTCC Executive Committee for the year 2025-2026 as follows:
President, Two Vice-Presidents, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer, Temple Manager, Public Officer & up to seven committee members (including up to three ex-officio members).
Please note that only current financial members as on 31 May 2025 can participate in election process and all the nominees, proposers & those who second the nomination must be financial members of the HTCC on 31 May 2025.

The completed nomination forms duly signed in original by the candidate, proposed and seconded by current financial members must reach to me by 6 PM Saturday 25th Oct 2025 at my address (5 Borthwick St, Casey, ACT). Alternatively, I will be available to receive nominations at the temple on Friday 24th Oct 2025 between 6-7 pm.
Late nominations will not be accepted.
Last date for withdrawal of nomination is by 6:00 pm Wednesday,29th Oct 2025.
