Welcome to the Hindu Temple & Cultural Centre, serving devotional, spiritual, cultural and social needs of people in Canberra.



The Hindu Temple and Cultural Centre (HTCC) is located at 81, Ratcliffe Crescent, Florey Canberra and it is the one of the first temples to be built in Nations Capital. This temple helps to promote and flourish the richness of the Hindu religion, culture, and philosophy.

Deepavali At Parliament House Mon 3 Dec 2018

As you may be aware, the Hindu Council of Australia (HCA) is organising Deepavali & Annakut in the Great Hall of the Parliament house in Canberra on Monday 3rd Dec 2018, please see attached flyer.

This year, HCA is going to have an exhibition and displays of prominent festivals of India and Indian culture from 12.30 pm to 8.30 pm. The exhibition will be inaugurated at 12.30 pm followed by lunch from 12.30 to 2.30 pm (by invitation only). The exhibition from 12.30 to 5 pm will be by invitation only due to security restriction to enter into the Great Hall.

At 5:00 pm, the exhibition will be open to attendees of the evening program(cultural performances and speeches) which will be from 6:00 pm to 8.30 pm, as in previous years. The evening program tickets are $50.00 and $30.00 for adults, $15 for children under 10 years. A snacks pack and a gift bag will be available for each attendee at the evening program.
